{A} Family

Love this cute family.  We pretty much consider them part of our own family.  I love being able to take their pictures and watch their adorable boys grow.  They are moving soon and we are going to miss them beyond words!

Family

I love being able to take our own Family pictures every year.  We make a day of it and get to go wherever we want and enjoy the scenery and the time together.  

We usually end up with only one good Family picture... It is a little bit more tricky to take them yourselves and make sure everyone is looking.  But, as soon as I get one, I call it good and I get to focus on my kids.   Which is the best part about being a Photographer.  I love taking pictures of kids. =)

You cannot get much better than this.  Needless to say, I will be taking some time off from Photography to enjoy this precious little bundle.

We are loving every minute.

My Sister {E} is always a perfect model. She knows how to make the picture look good.  I don't have to do much. =)

My parents kind of have the perfect background for a photography setup.

I love these mountains.  I love the farm that I grew up on.  Every piece of it holds a memory from growing up.  It is fun to have this picture of my family in "our" little piece of the world.

It isn't the fanciest picture in the world.  It was the first BIG group shot I've taken.  I also did it using a timer and being six months pregnant running to get into my position.  It was a great learning experience for me and I will know what to do different the next time. =)

I was so excited to do it.  I love having fun people to photograph!

Not to mention they have a beautiful family!

 

Ring-a-Round the Rosies,  a pocketful of smarties, and finding a black widow spider can make any little boy smile. =)

My Family

I attempted to take our own family pictures this year (via tripod).  I like to think I spared someone else from the drama of my four year old who hates taking pictures and ends up sobbing before we even start.  Despite the drama, we got a couple of some what decent ones.  I love an imperfect picture and I like to capture the moments as they are in that time of our life.

 

 

One

I've been a bit behind and then the Holidays happen all at once.

So I'm catching up on this little hobby of mine. 

My sweet little boy turned ONE the end of September.  We celebrated his day with some photos in the morning at the Blueberry Farm.  One of my favorite places to visit and to take pictures.  I've told the owner numerous times that I am jealous of his beautiful surroundings.

AND, when it's your own child you just can't decide which picture you love more.

I'll take them all.  I love this happy little boy.  =)
